Think I have a bug in The Lost City Palace

Stuck at 99%, trying to clean the entrance wall. But it isn't clearing it for me. Anyone else having that issue?

I'm having that problem with the Hand in the desert. It's telling me that the fingertip needs to be cleaned, but the progress bar is 100% clean :B I can't continue the career as its stuck at 99%. I've made 100% positive there's no dirt and have screen shots. Is there an option to start the job over in career mode to see if it fixes it? Help!

Question for you both: Have you selected your incomplete items from the Details list and waited to see what starts flashing white? If you haven't, do that. Try different nozzles and different angles.

The same problem for me.
Entrance wall 99% and nothing work. i try all the nozzles, incluiding 5 bottles of stone cleaner, and nothing.

and...Pyramion Gem? were is?!

Both of those levels are fully cleanable, every level is. That's why I always tend to assume user error with these complaints, and 99% of the time that assumption is correct. Sorry, I don't really have any further advice, except to tap Tab from every angle you can think of.

The gem shows up when you've finished everything else.

Each entrance wall consists of the inside wall opposite the column, the front part around the mosaic and the external vertical part that connects with the slope towards the top. If you have cleaned the inside part forever and cannot find the dirt, like I did, try cleaning around the mosaic and on the outside bit

That worked for me as well. So yeah, false alarm everyone! Operator error. Career Mode complete now. Thanks.
