Ferris Wheel frustration

I really like this game. It's been challenging and a bit frustrating when looking for the very last smudge of dirt to get in order to finish the level. On the Ferris wheel I have met my match. I have cleaned 99%. The checklist says I have one more front spoke to clean. I found the spoke and have ridden the Ferris wheel too many times to count spraying it from every angle and cannot finish the level. I have hit tab don't see any dirt at any position on the spoke inside or out. And rode the wheel. Again, and again and again. Round and round I have gone and cannot find that dirt. I am at the end of my rope here. Tab doesn't show anything, the checklist says front spoke, don't see dirt so I ride around again but I don't see dirt so I ride the wheel again but I don't clean the last of the dirt so I ride the wheel again but I don't see the dirt so I ride the wheel again but I CAN'T FIND THE LAST TINY SMUDGE OF DIRT ANYWHERE ON THE FRONT SPOKE. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know if this will help or not, but maybe try cleaning it when you're not riding it. For me, at least, it was much easier to stand on the ground and move around to try and get every angle on the spoke. I didn't try riding the wheel while cleaning it because I thought it would be more difficult to clean it that way, bug, again, maybe that's just me. Since you have tried everything else, you could try making sure that the dirty spoke is near the platform where you would be standing and try getting all angels (including front and back) from that stance. It might not help, but it might be worth trying at this point. Good luck!

I stood on the scaffolding, and just sprayed each piece as it passed by. With the pro washer and the yellow nozzle, I was able to get the wheel done pretty fast.

I've tried everything. Seriously, everything. From the scaffolding. On the Ferris wheel. On the ground. From the top of the generator. Every possible angle and nothing works. I have stopped the wheel, got on the scaffolding and sprayed in every possible position and nothing. That maddening little sliver remains no matter what I do. The reason I got on the Ferris wheel in the first place was because I thought the solution might be something like cleaning the horse poles (lol) on the merry go round where it had to be moving so all areas could be sprayed. Thought I might be missing something by having it stopped. Nope, Nothing. Nada. Zero. Zilch.
That said I do appreciate and thank you for your replies and help.

While the pinned fix may be of some assistance, i'm not sure it will, as that is more aimed towards players who were mid level when the game updated, as that level is part of the update it's impossible for you to have been mid-level when it updated, adding that level, though you may still try it, i will find the link and edit it in. However in all likeliness, you're probably just missing something that, when you find it, will seem obvious. All i can suggest, past trying the fix, is spray it even more thoroughly than you are. I just finished the Ferris Wheel without any issues. Looks like it's just bad luck.

I rode one of the pods, hopped off near the top and stood right on the middle axle on either side of the wheel, spraying the entire wheel while moving only once in a while to catch another angle. You can clean a lot of the wheel with very little movement from there.
