Not only because of the motion sickness, but because the movement is very strange in various situations. Particularly when cleaning something looking straight up or down and you just spin in circles instead of moving side to side. Would something like this be doable?
Yes, exactly! In House Flipper (which I play a lot), the painting, cleaning, tiling, etc. are all done by "arms" plus tools to accomplish the work -- the arms and hands move the tools, not the camera moving around.
I totally agree! To be able to have the nozzle move separately from the camera view would make me less dizzy, this way I can clean smoothly without my vision being affected!
