99 percent of garden clean press right on joypad to see dirt there is none left in garden
and it tells me 2 fence posts need cleaning and wall cap ive been going round garden 20 mins now every fence post is spotless and maybe being from uk not sure what a wall cap is

Click on the missing item in the tablet and it will be highlighted.

Hit Esc and look at the list that appears.
It contains all the washable items in the level and their status.
Most will say "COMPLETE."
Find "Wall Cap" in the list and click on it.
Hit Esc again to close the tablet and return to the game.
Now the dirty wall cap will be flashing blue.
Go to it and look at it from all angles while standing and crouching and hitting Tab.
Repeat for the fence posts.
