Subway stuck on 99%

I cant find one "uplighting ledge" I don't know what it is and I don't see anything flashing. Can anyone please help?

I believe that is what I had trouble finding. While it was flashing, it was hard to see until I got close to it. It is a light on the upper end of the wall. And, for me, it was at the end of the rails.

They are up on the sides right below the main arched ceiling in the center.

My cursor in the screenshot is pointing to one of them. The surfaces you need to clean are pointing upwards, so you'll need a ladder or to parkour to properly clean them.

I was able to clean them using the latest washer and extension (sorry, I don't remember their names) while remaining on the floor. Everyone does it a bit differently. :-)

it is indeed hard to find when you dont know the names. for example if you dont know all the names for the plane, bike, car etc you can be hit with terms that send you searching

I cleaned the uplights in the center of the subway. BUT, the "uplight ledge" is still not clean. I CAN NOT find it! The screenshots above are the regular uplights. I looked at teh end of the rails and above the doorways, but nothing. I looked on the ledges as well, but still can't find them. HELP!

The uplight ledge is the actual shelf that the uplight is on. You have to use your ladder and clean them and you'll be good. Same issue i had.
