How to find missed dirty spots?
I am a bit frustrated. For the last hour (or more) I was cleaning a relativly large house. I am now at 99%. The details tell me that only one wooden trim is missing. I ran around the house a couple of times but I can not find the spot I missed.

Is there any way to get the spot highlighted? No I don't mean highlighting with TAB :D Is there something you can see better? :D

in short no.... but you can hover your cursor over any item and the bar that appears will let you know if its completely clean.

i think when it gets to 99% they should highlight the whole area and for more than 2 seconds since its the last spot they should highlight for 10 seconds or have the name of the item pop up near your mouse cursor. i like this game but iam currently stuck on 99% on the haunted house and shoe house playground.

I checked all trims pointing at them and still cannot find the single dirty one.

And I'm stuck on this job and cannot progress anymore. No fire station for me then.

Guys, I know that :D Thought ther may be an other option to highlight it more visible than just pressing TAB or looking into the detaisl. But I found the missing spot meanwhile.

Just look in the Pause Menu under Details - there you will see what part is not completely cleaned. For me it was a wooden trim, so I went to every wooden trim on the building and looked which one was not clean. Just point your mouse at it, when there is a bit of the white bar its not clean.

Just leave it in your pending list, go back to the main menu and select the next job.

For those that have NOT figured it out yet, that piece of wood separating the two colors of brick counts as trim, check under them.

try checking the trims at the porches, near the steps. They are separated :)

After pressing ESC, you see which items are not finished. You can click and activate one line and press ESC again. Now the item(s) of that line, that aren't finished will blink, so you can find them quickly!

THANK YOU! I knew I could do it in some way, cause I did it accidentally.

if you hit escape you can click on the objects that aren't at 100% and it'll highlight them when you get close to it. It's not the most ideal method but it's helped me heaps when trying to find the 1% that i'm missing on certain objects.
