Stuck at 99% on carousel level
I cant seem to get the horse rods clean in the carousel level I've tried everything and could only get 1/8 clean. No dirt or rust is appearing when I hit tab and I've tried using soap on it and everything and I can't get it. Am I missing something?

Activate the Carousel. The horse rods move up and down.
