How do I apply power washer skins

I need to know this too. I got all of them, own the powerwash they are for but no option to add skin.

Figured it out

Press E (equip) and in "Current Loadout" choose prime vista 3000, on it in right corner is some kind of tab to change skins, in equip is also "Clothing" tab to change gloves.

So under current load out if you look bottom right hand corner of the selected prime vista 3000 you will see a corner tab that is black and blue click it and the equip skin modificatio will open for you to choose it. hope it helps

Thanks a lot for the help. That corner is a really obscure way to place the skin selection option.

For anyone else who comes here wondering where it is, you will see diagonal lines in the lower right of the first box, which is the power washer box. Just click there and you can choose the skin.
