Report a translation problem
1. Use a program like OBS Studio or Fraps to record gameplay footage;
2. Use a video editor like Premiere Pro or Windows Video Editor to isolate each and every frame and save it as such;
3. Use a picture editor like Photoshop or MS Paint to crop out unwanted material and edit out the background;
4. Recompile the edited images as frames of their own in a new video editing project, line them up in sequence;
5. Then export the video.
Thusly one would have a usable thumbnail/avatar/gif/etc.
an easy target has it right but it was what I dread. plus it's been awhile since I have done it so his step-by-step is greatly appreciated
