Only way you can beat the boss is by trying over and over again,you will gain experience and beat it.There is no other way(Without cheating that is)

front level everything it fine ok slow and stety girl are cut then "bang" this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with this level comes out and give me the paintrain i not the fast act type and i cant pass it (art are good but judgment is torment)

You have all achievments in Duke Nukem, this shouldn't pose a problem.

I depends, since consumables like strawberrys drop randomly you can always have a good run if you just try long enough. Additionally the roluette skills make the game a lit bit too easy with their massive damage. You can almost skip half of the HP of each boss. This is a bit unfortunate.
