dlc purchase

I just purchased Kawasaki UTV pack and map 2 pack and can'r find either one. I went to storage and shop can't find Kawasaki UTV pack in inventory. I purchased all DLC products.

Was going to use debit card instead lol but it says I cannot purchase twice unless I am gifting or something. HAHAHAHAHAHA. May just quit this game hope for ultimate hunter to come out. Customer service in WoTH is OUTSTANDING

I have not but I emailed support(Nordic) and they finally got back with me and said they are aware of the issues and are working to resolve. They said they would publish the fix but I have no idea where this would be.

It was THE BETA I was using because of the bullet damage that was not happening I removed the BETA and it updated to latest version BUT I LOST ALL MY PROGRESS ON MATARIKI AND LINTUKOTO This game sure gives me a headache not the first time I have had to start over.. Is there any way to get back from cloud? Steam?
