Story stuck

Stuck at the mission "HE WILL NOT REMEMBER THIS" stage "Search the locations highlighted on the hunting map for a shotgun 0\3".
In the highlighted circle area no markers, any shotguns etc. Please, tell me how to reset mission or move to the next area?

Hi there, this is a recently reported issue that we are already looking into. Unfortunately, the items will not be visible for some players. In the meantime, in order to progress with the story, I'd point you to these three clips to give you the approximate locations:

Thanks for this post but I do struggle to find the invisible items. When do you think this will be fixed? Is there a way (e.g console command) to skip this step in the mission for now?

The fix for this issue is already in the latest version of the game. Can you please check if you are playing version 1.22.0.94614? If you are, is it this specific mission that is giving you trouble?

These things are still invisible to me.

edit to add, the items were invisible when I played Directx 12 but visible when I just chose the default game

How very odd. Can you please report it via link in the following thread with your zipped "Saved" folder attached (instructions in the thread), specifically mentioning that it's still happening only in DX12? Thanks.
