I think it would at least be interesting from a game standpoint though not necessarily realistic.
Of course it is stressful to get back to the place from a far away lodge. That's why I first unlocked all the lodges and campsites so that I can start again from a nearby point.
Je suis entièrement d'accord avec ton idée à 200 %
Simply stay with what I'm saying & what is my issue here.
I've followed this game for a year and what I saw was the amount of people who wanted the animals to intentionally attack players was a small percentage. They added this in to try to win back that group of players, and now we are all stuck with it. They didn't even bother to give us a gameplay setting for it:
Animals can Attack Players: Yes / No
This change is incongruous to the nature of the game I purchased (a casual hunting experience). I intentionally purchased this game because it had proven itself to be just that and, although the animals could injure the player if you got run into by a fleeing animal, they would never intentionally attack the player.
I'd also like to point out that some people are confused and think it is only on the Africa map. Those people are wrong. Read the 1.24 Release Notes. Almost all animals across the entire game can now attack everywhere.
Cannot turn animal attacks On/Off.
I personally was never a fan of it being added, what does it add? For me, only frustration, its not challenging, exiting, or a sense of danger. I am playing a video game, there will never be danger.
I have been charged a hand full of times and its not that hard to avoid the animals. Having said that I did get knocked out by a animal I didn't see coming just as I shot another. It was in a area I was uncovering the map so it was easy to find my kill. If it had been a area I had visited before, I might have never known where I was (I don't look at the map much) Now imagine that is a 5 star animal, I kill my first 5 star lion for example, get knocked out and have no idea where I was on the map. Now I have lost my 5 star.
I am not a fan of it really, like I said, all it adds is frustration. A option to disable the feature is needed IMO. I want to hunt not avoid charging animals.
Interesting to see how you see this game.
I agree with many of you.
