Callers not working properly

I can't change the caller options to attract males/females of both low or high fitness. Anyone else have this issue? Out of all the callers I have, only the first option is available

Specifically, you have to call, shoot and sell 10 animals to unlock the perk for level 2, then fast travel / sleep / quit to main menu and load back in to make the perk apply and allow you to change caller levels.

Then do the same for another 20 animals to unlock level 3.

Sometimes they are bugged. I have them unlocked to level 2 and at times I try to use mousewheel to select higher or lower tier, and it doesn't work. Might be my mouse, but I doubt it.

I unlocked level 2 shortly after I made this thread. Been working fine for me so far. Gotta get 3 now
