Report a translation problem
Additionally, please check your NAT types with your friend:
1. Press the Windows + R keys.
2. Type "cmd" and press Enter.
3. In the Command Prompt, type "ipconfig" and press Enter.
4. Copy the IP address listed under "Default Gateway."
5. Paste this IP address into your browser's URL field and enter your router's password.
6. If one of you has NAT Type 1, you should be able to connect to anyone. With NAT Type 2, you can connect as long as the other person also has NAT Type 1 or NAT Type 2. However, NAT Type 3 can only connect to NAT Type 1.
