For me playing multiplayer in Call of the Wild make all animals dumb and easy to kill (not reacting to my crewmate actions, even shots).
Multiplayer in Way of the Hunter is more stable, animals move smoothly and don't do a vierd things. However your single player world is separated from multiplayer. So it's practically unable to herd management in Multiplayer.
I thought single and multiplayer same map like cotw, doesn't it?
No. A new world will be created each time. Otherwise it would be possible to maintain herds wich isn't the case.
