Tessellation and Bloom
two of the absolute best examples of the WORST executions of these in video game history in my personal opinion, these two graphic options could hold this back from being something I recommend to everyone, and definitely keeps it from getting a 5/5, BUT as is I'd say it's a god 3.5 with that alone.
Is there any hope for the way this game looks 80% of the time you think??

Anti Aliasing is a strong honorable mention too, good lord. ♥♥♥♥ looks like chicken wire if it ain't CRANKED and if it is it still doesn't do much.

I have no idea what you are trying to say. I like my graphics just fine, what is that tech stuff saying in plain English, please?

The grass, how it looks very grainy and choppy when it all flows together, it's a bit much on the eyes. The graphics are GREAT but that is the only gripe really.

Thanks; I've been in Tikamoon Plains so long, I really don't remember that issue, most of grass there is short or not there. I agree the graphics are great, I take more photo shots than rifle shots. They recently added a Sharpness slider, have you tried that? I have noticed a random graphic bit in the grass that looks like a dead runt of a Christmas tree, totally out of place. Bloom I think I understand, as it is in the photo options, it adds luminosity to shadows, correct? I'm not clear on what tessellation does. I have let Nvidia Experience adjust my WOTH settings, and then turned up the sharpness to my liking, you may find, if I understand what you're saying, that sharpness isn't the issue, in fact softer might be better in your case?

I keep my softness at 30% to try and dampen it but I've seen other people complain about it as well that it hurts their eyes, the bloom is more like... The sun makes everything really bright and blown out almost, washed looking up until you look at it then everything that has light hitting it will dim and dampen the brightness. It's pretty extreme of a change in this game from the high bloom to having an easy to see landscape.

Also great example I forgot to mention, the tessellation gives grass an almost stained glass look when you're moving and watching it at the same time. It's wild.

Yes, others have mentioned that movement blurring in other posts, some say it's disorienting even. I also played for a while on an ultra-wide monitor, and adjusting the width of view made a huge difference with side distortion and other effects, I do play around with view, more for photos than hunts, and it does change things a lot; as for the blurring, that might be part of the plan, to resemble peripheral blurring, not sure. So graphic issues are definitely on the minds of the devs, it's in their road map as well, and if you search the forum, there's lots and lots of opinions of graphics!
