A nice thing would be a group of fishes in a pond, or a jumping trout in a stream ... . As an ambience animal, so to speak. I think ambience animals are important to fill the maps with more life here and there.
@Mauserich
For sure. Ure right. There are a lot of fishing games on the Market but there is no game what implements both. Hunting and fishing. (with exception of Far Cry 5) This could be a real unique selling point for this game and it could enlarging the current Player base. More players, more money. More content, longer Life time for the game. And btw, A boat for crossing this damn large lakes or for waterfowl hunting would be nice to!
Very relieved to hear fishing is right out.
Boats? Fast travel and running will get you around the lakes. Hunters don't usually carry row boats around with them.
I'm all for it, if it ever goes that way in Way of the Outdoorsman
Way of the Outdoorsman...?
Why not?
You have make me courious on RedDeadRedemption. I think i should try it out.
Assassins Creed Valhalla has hunting and fishing; it's simplified, and is part of some side quests. The graphics rival any program out there and if you're into behaving like a Viking, its the game for you, when you're not hunting. Very immersive, and your decisions, even casual ones, will change the thread permanently. Not a simulation, an RPG.
So, no fishing in Tikamoon, Please!
And they don't carry boats. You gonna add Marinas? Maybe a management sub-game; open a bar and grille fresh fish? Sorry, I'm being sarcastic; it just doesn't make sense, as there are so many games in each sport that crossover seems a bit too much. Done hunting, load the fishing game; done fishing, back to WOTH.
However, I wouldn't spend a dime on ambient animals.
No fishing for us!
Hunting and fishing, together at the same Map, in the same Game.... For sure Some simple designed Brains could be overwhelmed by so much stuff and thats a Thing that we dont want. Definitly!
This one is closest to what I described above. I play this game in first person, but took the shot in third.
