Just for fun, I calculated the original energy values for the Steyr SM 12 with Federal .300 Winchester Magnum, 200 Grain Terminal Ascent cartridge mentioned in the game on basis of original Federal website data with Berger Balistic Calculator and converted them into joules.
-- 0 m - 4747 joules
- 50 m - 4474 joule
100 m - 4207 joules
150 m - 3952 joule
200 m - 3710 joules
300 m - 3261 joules
----------------------
400 m - 2855 joules
500 m - 2491 joules
600 m - 2165 joules
I just wanted to see how close the game data is to reality. It seems that there are significant deviations between the game and this original cartridge.
