i am so used to COTW and the tracking. im trying to get used to this game.
also the animal keeps the past shot history, so you will be able to see what you hit wrong the other day.
Wasted another 30 minutes, didn't find him in his spot, so I crossed the water and went to the mountains and circled the borders of the mission zone and came back to the center of the zone. Finally found the mf in another place, this time very close to water. Hit two lungs. The mission would have ended up much earlier than 2,5 hours if I made a good shot for the first time. Anyway, I didn't like it, too much time consumed for nothing.
Have this "issue" too. First time I thought "Ok, I just missed the perfect shot" followed him for minutes on end, gave up, reset, tried again. Hit him again and I am pretty sure it HAD to be at least the lungs as I shot the others ones at nearly the same spots. Again, "small amount of blood, clear". Got suspiscious...did it a THIRD time, a bit higher and that's definitly where the lungs are. Guess what. "small amount of blood".
Is Hollywood bullet proof or what do I miss? I hunted other deers just to check and they all were easy peasy compared to Hollywood.
So it seems Hollywood has way higher health on purpose. Maybe to teach how to track animals.
It's just frustrating when you hunt other anmimals before him and suddenly nothing applies anymore. IF this is the case. Some claryfication from the devs would be nice.
