story mode next trigger? fixed maybe

I have done upto the Reptilians in woods but have had no further story unlocks. Do I need to go to the other area to continue or have I missed something or bugged?

edit meh I missed a Bear meat story mission on the laptop

I think just play game normally, this is the story line that has some natural pauses in it, with the girl sending quests through radio. I just played game and then it popped as a question mark at main lodge...try sleeping a day to force it

I only just have the SW corner of the first area to explore and finish all the ?'s, so yes thinking something hasn't trigger or I need to head to the second area

Ok bear with me going by memory, got this done real early in release. U have to wait for her to get her test results back on dna or something along those lines then there will be a ? or a ! at lodge, i dont know if anything "triggers" this other than time

Have you completed all the tasks that had to be completed as part of the story mission? it was the same for me, that I couldn't go any further until I had delivered all the required kg of meat.

badger meat? That is the only early task I still have from the Lodge, can't find any 4 stars

I'm not sure if this involves this mission or not, but sometimes you need to make sure POI icons are turned on in game settings to see where a trigger might be waiting to be activated.

all map filters are on just have to find the elusive 4 star badger to find out if that's the holdup. Keep getting 1 or 2 star's at most, just need better luck.

No, it wasn't the badger mission, I think it was the mountain goats. I haven't finished the badger mission yet and I've still completed the story mission.

I checked again and I still haven't finished the mission with the mountain goats and the heart shots, so it must be another mission.

Then mine must be bugged unless its one of the outer area tasks from campsite map panels

You may have to restart your game to trigger it, like with some perks(especially vehicle perks).

Just checked the story mission list care of google, I had missed picking up the 50% or greater Bears for a recipe from the laptop
