They should allow people to refund even with more than 2 hours as we didnt buy a beta game.
I have already tried almost all of these setting on day 1 and most of them have no effect, for me.
sg.ResolutionQuality will render the ingame resolution and output it to your default monitor resolution
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSize or ResolutionSize is exactly the same, it only forces the game to a higher resolution and your monitor downgrade it to your default one
or use DSR and use it from Video Game Settings, no need to go in config files
Yes upscaling have a little benefit with clarity, but not as much like in other games.
WotH Pixels density is very low even in higher Resolution.
The LOD renderer is really cropped down for objects in the Distance.
And they use a very hard bluring effect to disguise this.
For example, go near an plant or bush. Walk in slowly. And you will see how ♥♥♥♥♥♥ rendered this objects are. Or watching the renderer without using Anti Aliasing.
That gives a true view of the pure Game Engine.
They did a good job in overall astetic for the game. But to get the perfomance that high (also compared to CotW) they cut off very much every Quality settings from UE.
I still had problems with blurry objects (tress mostly) in the distance are blurry.
Overall the hole scene while moving looked washed out.
So if someone will test my settings, feel free and give some response please.
Tested with turned off AA ingame.

You also can adjust your rendering scale (Resolution Quality) in GameuserSettings.ini
like GrimReaper mentioned it the topic. Haven't done it and i stay with 1440p default.
Works fine for me.
I like how this looks, particularly the blur, which appears to me to eliminate the really blocky blob that is distracting in the distance as a potential target, which then resolves into a leafed tree as you approach. With theses settings it still resolves as that distance, but to me it seems much more clear it's not a solid surface object anymore, it's clearly a small tree or shrub.
I do get some tearing when panning with binoculars. I was not seeing that with the second set of settings here:

I think it was the r.OneFrameThreadLag=0, but adding that to yours doesn't eliminate that phenomenon for me. Am I missing how that parameter works?
This is taken just below the main lodge, right where the road hits the plain.

These are mostly from page 2 of this thread, but with that last line from Marci:

The differences between stock and the other two when these are viewed at native resolution (2560x1440) are pretty stark to me. The two custom ones are more subtle, but the modified set I'm using seem less dark to me. When playing, the difference is even more pronounced. On my setup, the stock is just sparkly in a weird, bad way, like an animated glitter card.
