As when starting episode 2, it doesn't flow on you have to manually start the episode do your choices carry over?

What is the difference between off and on?

I enjoyed General Practitioner. How does this compare? Did I understand the store page correctly in that you have to play as a woman in this game? Does that mean that this is GP, but for women?
