How do you manage your economy?
First I put everyone on socage, but I noticed some family get rich and others starve, mainly because of incomplete production chain
So I put these on steward (50 each citizen), but I dont get enough money in the long run
Now I put everyone on steward so I get all the stuff to sell them back, so they give me my money back (lol), the circle is complete, just a bit annoying to manage the inventory to sell
Anyone has better/more efficient way other than steward everyone?

In theory, I suppose you could set up stewardship to equal out to fee-farming the families' homes, and then offering the goods from your warehouse for free. That might be a little less micromanagement.
I max out gold taxes on the houses of farmers, foragers and such, and tax their production zones for their output as much as possible.
All the families who produce goods for the king only (smiths, masons etc.), or those who have no regular income otherwise, I have working as stewards and adjust their wages according to family size so they don't starve.

Still doesn't always work as prices change and such, but it's a start. Just giving them food when they're starving is a bad idea as they tend to sell most of it at a net loss, then blow their money on random stuff instead.

Yeah but i think when I do seize its a management failure I try to avoid it and get a working economy, but I guess its too early access yet
