Hand cannon glitching out

It seems like any semi-auto weapon doesn't like to play nice. Same issues as the last two Weapons reported, aiming the. clicking mouse 1 and nothing. Have had no issues with the rifle, shotgun, double barrel or revolver. Or another thing could be that I upgraded the semi autos and automatics before I ever shot them. Thats the only other thing I can think of
