archaic gameplay, diablo II graphics full-on clone (in 512x384), no propper save
not bad, got 2h of gameplay, maybe best for handheld console. Feeling: a bit outdated playin on pc & no save (only chkpoints), so u gotta collect items again and again when u die. Maybe diablo body/inventory pick-up would do a trick... Overall it is good game actualy, but with this unintresting feature of re-collecting items, feels a lot like a waste of time when u die (so u exit the game)))//.

Are you asking for more checkpoints? Because that's something I do have planned.

Make sure you've turned unlimited saves on and are saving frequently at save rooms.

Otherwise the game is designed like old school survival horror games where the game doesn't save all the time.

You can turn on unlimited saves - it's a selectable option before you start the game...

May not be the purists way of playing a game in the genre, but it does make it feel less bad when you die.

Tell me you haven't played OG Resident evil without telling me you haven't played OG Resident evil.
Capcom's remakes have definitely given the younger generation a false representation of what 'Survival Horror' is supposed to be :/

There's literally a checkpoint+unlimited saves option when starting a new game also, I don't understand the complaint?

imho its not like Diablo 2 bc unget level when u killmppl in Diablo 2 but here they only smtimes leave ammo?? graphics also remind me of Red Alert 2 only tgere are on an angle there ♥♥♥♥ Duablođ2 somit looks better but why the arent on angle here? and there is less gameplay

And where is the save button for unlimited saves? & about that: not more chk points, but; pick up boody/loot (@where u died) would do it... 4me, myself & I. Thank u!

Better insert body pick, than quicksave or more chkpoints, its not Wario Land 3 & its not 1993...

I'm not sure if 'archaic gameplay' is supposed to be a diss or a genuine compliment.

Considering how hand-holdy and forgiving and how many damn checkpoints modern AAA's throw at you these days, definitely the latter for this survival horror genre.
