Consider this in regards to the thread title specifying the "indie horror" genre; Very few studios are actually making survival horror games any more.
(Don't try and convince me that Capcom's recent slew of over-the-shoulder shooty explosion-filled action-fests fit the bill, they haven't made a proper RE game since 7 and the early 2000's... and Silent Hill 2 remains to be seen if it lives up to the original)
Indies and Kickstarter projects like this are pretty much where it's at these days, and I'm happy to support and enjoy the last bastions of this genre clinging to life in a gaming landscape that seemingly doesn't care about them anymore.
Bring on Crow Country, Echoes of the Living, Hollowbody, Signalis, Post Trauma, Tormented Souls, Alisa, Ground Zero, Lamentum.. If it isn't for the 'Indie Survival Horror' then where the heck else are we going to get our fix? The AAA's certainly aren't coming to the plate and delivering.
I'm grateful that there's atleast some passionate devs out there who know what us horror fans like and grew up with throughout the 90's, and I for one am happy to vote with my wallet.
I'm an average income person and I've always been able to afford games. Check my profile to see just how many I own and that's just on Steam. I also own/have owned multiple consoles. You're an entitled prick, with a delusion of self importance and that's the end of the story. Man up and take responsibility for yourself. You sound ridiculous.
