Great DLC for story ties up alot of plotse specially from the TOR books!
u dont get to rely on other media to make a piece of media coherent, u know. What u r saying is books r ♥♥♥♥ and u need to play this particular expansion to make sense of them

Although it is optional to read the books, but yes it does make a lot of sense reading the books to make sense of all the characters involved and the evolving threat the Emperor is starting to become.

Then you have Revan's obsession with destroying the emperor, why Meetra won't become one with the force and how she ended up in that position, why Scourge said he protected his emperor back then and what really happened with his vision and how it relates to the Jedi Knight hundreds of years later.

Then you have other books, one which focuses on Malgus and the events around his life, various people and so on. Those books fill in the blanks and their motivations lead up to and including SWTOR. Some comics also introduce the likes of Marr and how he reached the dark council and his desire to keep the empire safe, even after the events in first chapter of FE, he kept going.

So this expansion links back to the various books and comics, this includes Revan, Meetra, Marr and others who despite their political and philosophical differences, they all came together to seek an end to the one who caused all that trouble and one they all wanted dead.

did u know this is the only swtor forum i can post on, cuz the actual games stand-alone forum is for SUBSCRIBERS ONLY?
If you dont like the game then dont play it, simple.

Since when is a subscriber only forum, a "game"?

If you don't want to put your eyeballs back into their sockets first before understanding and then commenting then don't post, simple.

Get a job, simple.

The Spirit of Vengeance Flashpoint in solo-story mode IS STILL BUGGED!
Bosses are sandbags that sponge the dmg while hitting like babies
while the weak silver mobs hit like trucks and there are a swarm of them!!!
WHAT THE HELL?!?

There has been no patch since 6.2 was released so I'm not sure what you were expecting.

more half arsed content to try and get players back hopefully it will be better than that pathetic cooking mama event that they wouldn't shut the ♥♥♥♥ up about
As always in any update whenever there is CM involved, that's the pinnacle of all things. I've already lost the count of how many encountered dressed up as the new Revan on the fleet and using his 1.0 game client lightsaber (og was removed, look-a-likes exist, but it's hideous they had the courage to re-add vanilla item behind paywall...) with thiny animation improvement, no redesign, absolutely nothing. Pathetic, but hey there will be another CM thread on how they came up with "originally inspired Revan set blah blah blah". Story update was cool on the other hand, Mando FP - underwhelming.

Tbh the GTN is the only true endgame once you hit gearcap now.

At least they got rid of tight knit friend groups in ban happy guilds gatekeeping the gearcap now. (used to have to do Nightmare OPS to get the highest gear score with random drops and no duplicate gear drop protection.)

(they still gatekeep the augment endgame with rediculous asian MMO tier prices of 250+ million credits for ONE AUGMENT but its only used in PVE and makes the flashpoints go by way faster as they melt bosses instead of pissing off people like Hunters in destiny 2.)
