I have a problem that many people have. It's about Microsoft Visual C ++ 2008.

All Visual C ++ can be installed with me, just not this. What bothers me about it is that it keeps coming back

I have this software up-to-date, so I don't understand why it keeps spamming me with this warning all the time.

EDIT: Got it fixed at the time of this post, but a new patch butchered it up for me again. Back to square one. There's workarounds mentioned in this thread, but they're not a permanent solution.

Once had it too ages ago, this worked for me.

install legacy DirectX 9 and download and install the All-in-One Visual C++ package from techpowerup

Reinstalling the x86 Visual C++ redistributable removed the message for me
