Everyone takes a stim. If it's Radiation, keep it. If it's explosive or drones, right click to delete the buff and stim again until rad.
Radiation is the only way to have enhanced mobs spawn, the more people with it, the better.
Complete the Uprising as normal until last boss.
Kill the big droid, leave one person to kite the main boss and have the other three kill the infinite spawning adds.
With this method a random i took into this went from 0 - 138 in under an hour on three runs.
Does this kill count register for everyone in the group, or just the player who delivers the killing attack?
Also, if one solo's an uprising, are kills made by one's companion included?

Yes and yes. Especially since the devs increased the number of affected enemies, this achievement is not the nightmare that the op made it out to be and can be completed very easily and quickly either by yourself or group finder.
