Error code: C1 Client initialization failed

[HMS Depression]

Hello guys please help me i cannot launch the game. When i click launch in the launcher it pop something so fast and close it and then a dialogue box appears said

SWTOR
This program encountered an internal error and will exit.
Error code: C1

Client initialization failed.

Failed to initialize player client.


What have i done following this error:
1. Change fullscreen from True to False in client_settings.ini in appdata
2. Change the resolution also in client_settings.ini
3. re-install the game

Please help me guys, thank you :'(

Oh and idk if this related or not but the launcher always take me to the Terms & Agreement everytime i open the launcher (before PLAY button appeaer)
