Buying Subscription

Did anyone buy subscription on this game through steam?? Or through the website?

Steam works but FIRST YOU NEED TO LINK YOUR STEAM ACCOUNT TO THIS GAMES SITE.

You should be visiting the official site and log into your account anyways just to setup 2 step security for free 100 cartel coins every month. The Steam link is right there as well. Just click it, confirm and done.

just subbed using paypal through the swtor website. Was a bit shocked at the $14.95USD to $25CAD conversion plus transaction fees. Oh well, it's worth it to play SWTOR VR.

Yep the last time I subbed was about 3 years ago I'm still at lv 75 cap, it was like $24 CAD at that time, I'll sub again eventually to get the lv 80 cap but I don't see it being worth the money with the little I play lately

I would recommend subbing through the website. I just subbed through steam, and have the issue where the sub is not active even though the payment went through on steam. Waiting on support to get back to me.

Make an EA account and link your SWTOR account to it. Then make sure your steam account is linked to your swtor account. This is supposed to make the steam sub work.

But tbh i would just sub through the SWTOR website. Still need to make and link EA account. After that log into swtor account on the swtor web-site, unlink your steam account, and then buy the subscription. Next time you launch swtor from steam and log in, your steam account will be re-linked.

If you only want to sub for one month to unlock the expansions then wait for the sub payment to clear and cancel it after that to get 1 month of sub time with no renewal.

I sub through the web site. To many hassles through Steam. Have had no issues buying Cartel coins through Steam.
