Is RP dead? (darth malgus)

I'm new to RP, went on fleet to find a guild... cant find any. Tried asking people but no one bats an eye. A day later found a guild and it asked me to apply in their discord form, it's been 4 days but application hasn't been accepted.

Well, my guild hosts events and such. People make up their own missions and take groups on those "missions". They gather in the guild headquarters for training exercises and meetings and such where you supposedly take your character through the academy and then get apprenticed to a master/mentor where they train you some more before you rise above that and go your own way in the other organizations and factions the guild invented for roleplay purposes, each with their own requirements and progression and such. There's a D&D-like conflict and event resolution system the guild invented for simulating various combat scenarios and other events, and as you progress through the various factions of the guild your character can learn "skills and abilities" for use in these. There are dicerolls and skill points and skill trees and different types of equipment to "craft" or "buy" and so forth.

I don't quite know how to explain it fully, especially since I'm still new and have not actually engaged in that part of the guild, but I imagine that's sorta what hardcore roleplay looks like.

from day 1 this game had inadequate tools for role play and splitting the community also killed any chance of fun . sorry but swtors not the game your looking for
