Have not received my product
Yesterday I bought the
STAR WARS™: The Old Republic™ - Join the Fight Bundle

I read your pinned comment but here is the deal.
When I follow that link. It doesn't give me any email or form for customer support.
Instead it tells me to talk with steam. And steam then proceeds to tell me to talk with you.

Which would be fine except that the link tells me to put a ticket in game. Yet the game does not allow me to put a ticket because i am not subscribed even if the product I bought includes 2 months of subscription.

I do not want to participate into the two companies pointing at each other game. I just want to have the product I bought. Since neither of you seems to be willing to keep it professional. I am forced to write this comment

I am sure is just a fluke on your part. As I never had any problems with steam.

Just so you know, unless you've linked your steam swtor to your ARC account just right the purchases probably won't go through.

Just use Swtor.com for all future purchases.

Take screenshots of your purchase history on Steam clearly showing your account name and send them to support@swtor.com

It's not an issue with SWTOR, nor is it an issue with steam.
It's an issue with the in-between in that sometimes the information isn't correctly processed and sent where it needs to be.
Which really is something that can and does happen when you buy something through an intermediary.
