Terms of Agreement - EVERY TIME on login

Is anyone else getting this issue?:
Every single time I boot up the game through Steam, I have to enter my login/password and and then every single it have me scroll through an accept the 2 terms of agreement. Like every other time, it says it sent a one-time verification code to my email.
Any way to stop this?

Download the Launcher from the official site, then accept the agreement, then cancel the installation, then copy the agreement files to the Steam's swtor folder.

Pretty much this. Some clarifications.

1: Install game via Steam. (Which you already have)
2: Download the launcher from the official website and launch the game.
3: Accept the terms of agreement on launcher. And as soon as you've done that. Close the launcher. Go into launchers install catalogue and get the file "eula.settings".
4: Paste the file into your Steam SWTOR root catalogue.

Now you won't be prompted about the agreements.
