Im from SEA, should I make character in this server or should i just go make one in Europe?

Only if you want to play this game as a single player experience, because the already small population of the game has the lowest density there.

yeah.... that's what I thought too, but ping is so much better there compared to EU and US. Maybe I should just play in that server until I hit endgame, then do transfer.
