Yes, I understand that, but I'm asking if to get all three as a f2p I would need three separate characters all of the same level?
Ah, I see. Unfortunate.
As f2p you're more restricted unless you buy an unlock that lets you have 3 skills. Character level also doesn't restrict crafting levels. You can technically max out crafting on a level 1, but the problem is you're limited on how many companions you can send out at low levels. At max level you can have 8 companions on missions.
"Free-to-play and Preferred Accounts: If you are on a free-to-play account, you can only choose one crew skill per character, so you might instead take Biochem on one character, and Bioanalysis on another and have them work together, for a total of four character per server. If you’re a former subscriber, you’ll have two crew skill slots available, and if you’re a subscriber you naturally have 3 crew skill slots unlocked per character, so you can take all three complementary crew skills, Bioanalysis, Diplomacy and Biochem all on one character. The other major difference if you are not a subscriber you will only be able to queue one crafted item up at a time – as a subscriber, you can set your companion to craft five items in a row." - swtorista
You would need three characters, one crafter with Biochem. And two other characters with Bioanalysis and Diplomacy. Bioanalysis you can also gather from killed creatures, as well as sending a companion.
