Which Romances will continue to get voiced content in upcoming updates?
It's fairly obvious that the game will only focus on select characters as the game will inevitably transfer from Bioware to Broadsword.

However, based on what we've seen so far, it's fairly obvious that only a handful of the numerous companion and storyline romances will receive significant animation and voiced content.

Priority:
Lana Beniko
Theron Shan
Arcann
Torian Cadera

LIkely:
Kira Carsen
Akaavi Spar

I'm surprised they even got content post Iokath expansion:

Elara Dorne
Vector Hyllus

Every other romance is getting jack squat.

Considering three of your priority can be killed off, i doubt it.

Theron and Arcann have had a part to play in the most recent mission, Theron while talking to Malgus first and then Voss later on with Arcann both as a friend or a love interest. Lana hasn't had a part in the most recent mission until this one.

Considering the game is going to be be passed off to BSO in the not too far future from now, i think EAware is throwing caution to the wind and winding up some last minute dialogue for previous characters, assuming the voice actors have the time for it, It makes sense.

Don't be surprised if the next mission content contains more characters coming forward, like Vette, Gault, T7-01 and Jorgan for example. I'm hoping Koth will come back and annoy everyone again! xD

They have already said that much of the Bioware staff working on this game is moving over to Broadword, and that EA will still continue to be the publisher. This is just Bioware as a development studio deciding to concentrate more on Mass Effect and Dragon Age and single player content. Sending those Bioware developers that do want to continue with SWtOR to another studio and then hiring more means more content, not less. They've already also said that they have more plans for stuff after 7.4 and that isn't changing.

That was said by the current lead for EAware, not BSO. it changes because if EA and BSO don't have any plans of their own then what was said by the current lead for SWTOR in EAware will only last for as long as what's in the pipeline and there is no way the current lead can speak of what BSO would want to do with it either afterwards

Half of the staff is moving to Broadsword, not much. The other half is moving over to Bioware proper to work on Mass Effect and Dragon Age.

Think about how small of an expansion 7.0/Onslaught was. Now think about how going forward they'll only have half the staff that made Onslaught and it starts to paint a picture of the type of content they'll have the resources to produce.

Don't expect to see any more significant updates beyond a certain point. It's also pretty unlikely we'll ever see an 8.0 for SWTOR.

I'm sure this has been discussed a lot more behind the scenes and wasn't just "Hey, lets throw SWtOR to BSO." and then it was done in 30 minutes or less like a 90's pizza delivery.
