Can not Login

I try to launch the game and it tells me that my account is currently offline. Tech support is a joke, they offer no help. But they gladly took my subscription money. Any advice?

Yeah the same, i cannot login i just reset my password and authenticator. I've no subscription i just wanted to see if i will enjoy the game, haven't played in years, and never got very far. Wanted to try to play, but i cannot log in.

My login problem is with the security key. I enter it and the game says it cannot find it. EA support doesn't answer the phone and their help page doesn't have a way to submit a trouble ticket. I've been a subscriber for a year and would hope for better service.

I've gotten the "account offline" issue trying to log in through Steam a lot lately. I assumed this was due to my satellite internet + snow. Maybe not. At any rate, it usually resolves itself within a few minutes. Have you tried restarting Steam or even restarting your PC or resetting your internet adapter?
