Can anyone tell me why the suddenly started playing swtor

They've both played fairly regularly in private and felt like bringing it on stream. Probably won't last much longer unless this game is Shroud's secret passion, he's getting 1/20th of his usual viewers playing the game and Summit rage quit trying to compete with geared pvpers as a fresh 75.

Seemed like Shroud just wanted to play something Star Wars. And since everyone was on the FF hype train because of Asmongold playing it, he felt in the mood to play an MMO... but, he doesn't like FF, so he picked SWTOR since it was on his radar.

As for Summit... No idea what he wants. Best guess is he wanted to do end game content and PvP at the highest level, but he was too impatient to do either. So, he quit because he wasn't satisfied with his PvP results (rage quit), and was in too much of a rush to do PvP and thus skipped out on doing raiding and gearing up properly. And then he made the odd decision to play FFXIV. A slower paced game that's even more grind heavy and PVE oriented.

It's great if large streamers give this game some attention, so I'm not sure why some feel like that's somehow a problem. Couldn't hurt to have more players coming in.
