The Login Service is Currently Unavailable

Just installed on a new pc and when I try to log in it spits that message out and tells me to go to Twitter. Of course I don't have a Twitter and it insists on showing me two year old posts instead of the most recent stuff. Anyone know what's up? I'd like to log in to make sure I can keep my character names i care about.

I think I literally just happened to pick the worst time to log in because now there's a little notice that says you can't login with email anymore which wasn't there before, or at least wasn't showing up for me until I turned off my firewall. Thanks anyway.

For those that might have this problem in the future, here's a possible fix: Go to the game directory and delete the file SWTORLaunch.dll and then verify the game files. That fixed it for me.

Twitter doesn't say anything anyway, there most recent post was from two days ago and was about Pay Pal not working for some people.

EDIT: Just saw this post was from December 2nd. Came here because I'm having the same issue today.
