Ive been wanting to make a red skin Twi'lek sith but i hate the hue of skin as you start getting more and more evil. My question is; is there a sith eye ball (orange/yellow) for twi'leks so i can hide the skin change but keep the eyes?

Unfortunately, Twi'lek doesn't have any Sith eyes available. There are a few shades of glowing yellow and orange available on cartel market that can look like Sith eyes, but they are exclusive to Human and Cyborg. Twi'lek can't use those eyes, so you either have the glowy Sith eyes with pale pink skin color or normal eyes with dark red skin color.

Alternatively you can forever juggle being Dark I so you have the yellow Sith eyes while using Diplomacy Crew Skill to balance it out (it gives you Dark Side/Light Side points depending on missions you select).
