Correct. It only changes the animation set/ability names to Jedi one.
My marauder was light side in that he would sacrifice whatever needed for the good of the Empire whereas dark side is always taking personal power, no sacrifice.
If I did sentinel, maybe it could be that my character is a Jedi spy trying to reform the Empire from within. He would try to show the Sith how the light side still leads to a strong Empire, hopefully converting Sith to the ways of the Jedi until there are no more Sith, just another faction of Jedi that can make peace with the Republic Jedi.
