bought the join pack DLC but its not working and im not getting my sub and coins?

I just bought " Join the fight pack" on steam but it showing i'm still free to play.
everything is properly linked to my SWTOR EA account and steam, I restarted steam,
I also noticed Steam shows:
"the DLC will be installed along with game" above "launch game" i have the game already installed and the check mark in DLC is checked in the box - but nothing is availb in Manage DL's.

notice that my account on EA SWTOR says inactive any idea ?
pack is for 60 days +2400 cartel coins and mount.

I'm from Canada and got mine on April 4th paid on the website with paypal and was subbed, had the cartel coins and the mount in mailboxes almost instantly, not sure what's wrong for yourself
If you got it through Steam they seem to have problems with subscriptions

Contact ea then self not steam. Tell them what's going on and they will check it then award what's missing. Also but via website not steam as STEAM them self have been dropping the ball quite often with swtor.

There is a thread about subscriptions not being given. It is the top one in this forum. Read it and get the screenshot they want BEFORE contacting them. This will greatly speed things up.

This is a known issue. No need to refund, you can contact customer service directly (EA) and they will resolve it for you. There is a thread with detailed instructions pinned at the top of this board.

Good you got it fixed, I still have about 5 weeks of mine left, I've barely been playing the game at all I just been crafting my ass off, been over 3 years since I could craft more than 3 things per character lol
