Seasons takes so much time to do? Is there something I'm missing

Is it possible to level up in the galactic seasons? It seems to me impossible to even level up in reward bar at the start, takes so much points to move the bar to the finish line? What I'm doing wrong?

Yeah something's definitely wrong on the new server I'm playing quite a bit but barely touch SS or SF server right now, both of them are like halfway through the first prize the stronghold, in the past I'd be at like the 2nd or 3rd prize by now just from doing nothing, on SV server I'm not even done the 4th prize, I mean at this rate I might actually have to do something on SS and SF to even get the stronghold unlocked, but yeah something definitely changed from previous ones

But this was always like this on my end, I never actually managed to get past of level 1 reward, doing stuff like heroics,fast travel with speeder,bonus series. Points bar literally sits there for ages it is like 38 against 700 points.

Had no issue. I do the weekly GS objective that gives the most points first (12 per objective) and then do the 8 points ones to get the 7/7 done. Than you have the points you get for a daily getting 25k CQ points. (think it was 2 season points per day) and also the 1 time 8 points for 4 times daily login per week. That is pretty much the trick to get it faster without spending money on buying the levels.

What your doing wrong my guess is that you're not doing the weekly GS objectives, they also change each week.

I am a soloplayer since 2011 and while some require group activities you can simply join a random group. I skip all pvp/gsf content and still get my seasons done long before the time's up.

You have to do weekly season objectives to gain levels. Some of them are easy and some of them are hard or require grouping. You only need 5 levels a week get to level 100 by the last week.

Here are the solo objectives available this week:
* March Across the Galaxy, 8pts - Earn 200,000 conquest points.
* Drop In: Mek-Sha, 8pts - Visit another player's Mek-Sha Safehouse stronghold using the stronghold terminal near the Mek-Sha arrival point.
* Still Got It, 8pts - Kill 25 enemies without any companion.
* Cover Me, 8pts - Defeat 100 enemies with a companion set to the Heal role.
* Coreward Worlds Daily Sweep, 8pts - Complete 2x [WEEKLY] Daily Area: Black Hole or 1x: [WEEKLY] Daily Area: Onderon.
* The Coreward Worlds, 8pts - Complete 8 missions and kill 100 enemies on Alderaan, Balmorra, Corellia, Mek-Sha, or Onderon.
* Legacies of the Force, 12pts - Complete 2 of the following Flashpoints: Assault on Tython, Korriban Incursion, Depths of Manaan, or Secrets of the Enclave.

Each level is 8 pts, so you get 1 level per weekly except some of the harder or group ones give 12 pts which is 1 and a half levels. The daily gives 2pts, so 4 dailies gives 1 level. If you do the daily all 7 days in a week, you can get 1.75 levels. Subscribers get a free 8pts each week for a bonus level.

You only need 5 levels a week to get to level 100 by the last week. There are almost always 5 solo ones available. Some weeks like this one have 7, some have 6. It's good to do 6 or 7 when available in case you have to miss a week because of vacation, get covid, etc.

F2P and prefer get 4 pts for the 4 day log in. But even then you need 40 pts a week to complete the season, Doing only the ones you can solo should give you this easily. there are some of the kill boss mobs that require a group. But if you get to the planet and find the location you can usually jump in when others are killing them. So you can solo with an assist. Heroic daily quests are a great way to complete the missions you get the GS points and gear that will help you. And each sub mission in the heroics count as a separate mission (1st time you do it in a week) so some will give you 2 to 4 completed missions for doing the one heroic assuming you do all the bonus steps.

Nothing has changed the new server uses the same rules and gives the same rewards as the other servers. I have claimed 15 reward levels on each of the SS, SF, SV servers.
