Swtor launcher says Steam is offline when Steam is online -Easy FIX for non C: STEAM

This is annoying but only thing that works for me -since my STEAM AND SWTOR are NOT on C drive but on my A drive.

1. In Steam right click and select properties of SWTOR and under updates set it to always keep game updated -NOT the before others one.

2. Then set Steam into offline mode and COMPLETELY exit steam.
3. Right click taskbar and open Task Manager and make sure no steam icon is running.
4. Then right click your link for steam on desktop and open file location.
5. Then right click run as administrator. Then let steam update on launch.
6. If steam opens in offline mode -as it did for me -go to STWOR library page and click to go online from there.

7. Then click play and when the SWTOR launcher launches the error should be gone.

This happens to me sometimes after the server has disconnected me a few times. Seems to happen once a week or so. I have to open the steam library to swtor, click stop and then click start again.

I tried that first and it didn't work.
This was the only thing that did work.
Again probably because STEAM and SWTOR are NOT on the C Drive.
I am not about to put non OS important files or programs on my C drive -that is for OS only.

This seems to be the issue in quite a few situations for me. Alas its most likely because no sane programmer probably ever came across a person with EIGHT drives in a system -OK Six drives but with a total of Eight partitions: A - H.
