Cannot Sign In, Log in info incorrect?

I have been trying to log in, and it says info incorrect. I know my display name due to having a photo of my account the night before. The night before I tried signing into my sister account to see if she can log in. And now I'm not sure if that caused a issue.
I have tried going on the SWTOR website to log in, but get a error message saying " Authentication request could not be processed due to a system problem. "

Have you tried to log into the account on the web page?

It could be a wrong password as well. Have you tried recover the password?

And no worries about your "sisters" account. There is no policy that do not allow multiple accounts, since there is no real advantage having them.

Yes, I have tried on the web page site and it pops up saying system error. I do not have access to the email for the account since it was years ago when I created it,

If you can't acess the e-mail used to create the account CALL support. Goto the website and there is a phone number. It will take a bit and they will have you do some sort of authenticating like perhaps the Game Key you used. unless your FTP you might need to do a little more, but phone support is good, so i'd do that.

But before that, try opening origin first, and make sure you don't have caps lock on and are typing the right PW. Also the authentication server can go down from time to time,, but if you tried for a few days and it doesn't work, just call um. They are helpful like that.
