Cards appear to have started dropping today. I have noticed that they only seem to be dropping for me on my brand new Jedi Knight, so possibly something is going on where the cards are only dropping for new characters? My subscription is directly through SWOTR itself, not Steam, but I did make a purchase of cartel coins yesterday, but no cards dropped until today.
