game crashing when loading into character select

ive played the game since the beta never had this problem before until the recent update

i launch the game i see my character list for like a millisecond and then the game closes that's pretty much it

The game requires a bit more graphics power since 7.4 came out. You could try lowering the graphics settings. If you can't get far enough to do that, you could try clearing the settings file.

1. Go to this folder: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\SWTOR\swtor\settings
2. Delete "client_settings.ini".
3. SWTOR will recreate it with default settings when the game loads.

I have a 2080ti and a ryzen 9 that's odd but I'll try it when I get the chance

My game crashes when i change loadouts not logging in luckily.

I have a 3080ti and 13900k. I have had crashes for months. This seems to have fixed it, thank you.
