Doing the weekly objectives. The other option is (And not sure if they already fixed it because they nerfed the droprate to pretty much 0 because the devs were sleeping)
questing without a companion.

My farms at 80 for GS Rep tokens is to just run Ops and Season Weeklies.

If you just need a few Dark Spores to top off for the week (10-20 max), stealthing through a few story mode flashpoints is pretty fast.
